Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Made-to-order or personalized products require additional production time. The estimated production period will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment details and tracking information.

Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to Sole Origine because:

- Delivery attempts were unsuccessful,
additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

- Photographs of the package (if damaged)
- Photographs of the product
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
